ExtraStiftelsen er en stiftelse bestående av 27 frivillige organisasjoner, som eier og fordeler overskuddet fra Extra-spillet.
Overskuddet går til frivillige organisasjoners helseprosjekter.

The Norwegian ExtraFoundation is licensed to operate the national TV game EXTRA. Proceeds from the game go towards strengthening the work of voluntary humanitarian organisations in preventive health care, rehabilitation and research in Norway. All voluntary humanitarian/socially dedicated organisations and professional organisations for the functionally disabled in Norway may apply for funds regardless of membership in the foundation. Litt tall for den som ønsker å inkludere det: In 2009 the Norwegian ExtraFoundation distributed NOK 230 million to 564 different projects. EXTRA funds were first distributed in 1997. As of November 2009 the Norwegian ExtraFoundation has allocated NOK 2,5 billion to projects in the following areas: somatic health, mental health, measures for the functionally disabled, the chronically ill and their families, measures to improve living conditions and other areas related to health.
